Because of her intense fear of heights, the Playboy playmate refused to dive, eliminating her from the competition.
"I'm so sorry, everybody," Wilkinson said when she was unable to dive from the 23-foot-high platform. "This is the first time in my life I've quit something. This will haunt me for the rest of my life."
According to E! News, Wilkinson was paired with extreme skier Rory Bushfieldduring the episode, which presented the celebs with a synchronized diving challenge. Prior to Wilkinson's inability to dive from the board, Bushfield was advised by doctors not to compete after he ruptured an eardrum in practice.
