UPDATE: Witherspoon's hearing has been rescheduled for May 22, while Toth's next hearing is set for May 23, E! News has confirmed. Their attorney, Steve Weiner, did not enter a plea on the couple's behalf, nor did he provide any comment as he left the courtroom in Atlanta Municipal Court.
