Shakira Brings Baby Milan to The Voice—and He's One Tough Judge!

There's a career for baby Milan in showbiz! Shakira's precious little boy joined his hot mama in the swiveling judge's chair to became the youngest mentor on The Voice and, um, ever. On Thursday, the pop star brought her son to work to try his hand at his mom's job, where he proved he not only could handle the pressure, but set the bar pretty high for the show's anxious competitors.
