Kanye West just got back from shooting in Atlanta and as he decided to take a walk with Kim Kardashian, the rapper didnt know when he hit his head on a metal sign. I guess it must be the stress but paparazzi didnt get this as they couldnt stop taking photos. Take God for a restaurant nearby where they later went  in to escape the paparazzi.
