Kim and Kanye engagement video was leaked on Youtube. However, they have filed a copyright lawsuit against the co-founder of Youtube, Chad Hurley, as said in the reports. They, reported that he was not invited to the party but they allowed him to stay because he signed an agreement that he won't release the footage of the proposal.
