It's finally time to put away the scarves, snow shovels and layers upon layers of clothing. Spring has arrived and most importantly, it's almost time for the long-awaited spring break.
As Selena Gomez and James Franco hit the big screen together with their own wild and crazy vacation antics, we recommend a few more spring break related flicks. Whether it's watching two American Idol singers fall in love, a water park get invaded by piranhas or aSaturday Night Live comedian party with college students, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

1. Spring Breakers: It's a side of Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens you aren't used to seeing. The former Disney stars want to get away from school so badly that they end up robbing a restaurant in order to fund their trip. After getting arrested and bailed out from a drug dealer (played by James Franco), the girls find themselves in even more dirty situations. Guns, money, booze and bikinis make this trip more than your average spring break.

2. From Justin to Kelly: Soon after the first season of American Idol concluded, the final two singers in the reality show used their talents for a summer musical. In the movie, Kelly Clarkson, who plays a waitress from Texas, and Justin Guarini, a Pennsylvania college student, meet for the first time at Miami's spring break. Despite plenty of pressure from friends to stay single and have fun, the two can't seem to ignore their mutual admiration for music and each other.

3. Spring Breakdown: Who would pass up the chance to party with Amy Poehler?! In the 2009 comedy, the Parks and Recreation star persuades Parker Posey and Rachel Dratchto experience the spring break they never had in college. Despite being several years older than the co-eds who surround them on vacation, the trio unite and decide to explore their adventurous sides together. Let's just say the mild definitely get wild.

4. She's All That: Freddie Prinze Jr. is the big man on campus. The soccer stud, class president and honors student appears to have it all until he gets some devastating news. His girlfriend drops a bomb and tells him she met someone else while on spring break. In order to get over the breakup, Prinze Jr. takes on a bet to turn the class outcast into one of the most popular girls in school. As soon as he starts having feelings for his new friend, she finds out it was all just a bet. Will he be able to win her back? You'll have watch!

5. Piranha 3D: There's something in the water! As college students and young adults enjoy the slides, wave pools and water-certified strippers, some unexpected visitors invade the wild water park. Panic begins as piranhas appear in the blue waters and attack relaxed guests. Will the water park owners and guests including David Hasselhoff be able to survive the frightening creatures? It appears that no body is safe.
