Selena Gomez revealed her baby sister's name via Twitter today and thanked her fans for their ongoing support.
"Momma, Brian, and me are all so grateful for all your well wishes. My lil sissy Gracie Elliot Teefey was born on June 12th. Luv you all XO," she wrote.
Best friend Demi Lovato first broke the news to twitter, saying, "@selenagomez IS A BIG SISTER!!!!!! Everyone congratulate her and her family!!!!!! #CONGRATSSELENA!!!!"
Selena was later seen getting into the car in LA wearing sweatpants, a sweatshirt and Ugg boots.
