Here is the 2013 of Jimmy Kimmel's annual Halloween prank—where "terrible parents" tell their kids that they ate all their hard-earned Halloween candy and then film the reaction. I can imagine how they feel because this last Halloween, the weather was cold and these kids still went around to collect candy. Watch below;
